Visit Valparai lets you find and book accommodation in Valparai. When you request a room, we hold your payment and ask the host to confirm; on confirmation your booking is made and we act as the merchant of record for the payment, paying the host their share. We are a principal in the transaction, not merely an introducer.
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your phone or email — there is no password. Keep access to that phone or inbox secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to enter a contract under Indian law.
Use the service for genuine bookings. Don’t attempt to disrupt it, access other users’ data, or use it unlawfully. Hosts are onboarded in person by our team and agree to provide the room they list.
Prices are shown before you confirm. Payments and refunds are handled as described in the Refund Policy. Applicable taxes (GST) are included as required by law.
We work to keep the service accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. The stay itself is provided by the host; our responsibility is the booking, the money held, and the guarantee described in the Refund Policy. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian law that cannot be limited.
